Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund, or merchandise credit within 24 hours of receipt of your order, accompanied by a sales receipt. No returns will be accepted after 24 hours of receiving your order. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags, items with removed tags will not be accepted for return. Please note: used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use the complimentary return label provided to ensure proper return address and credit information and ship the item insured to: Yvonne Rose, 2980 McFarlane Road, Miami, FL 33133.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return. You will be responsible for the retuned label and insured items.
